STI has our own dedicated Help Desk for phone and remote support, as well as a fleet of trained Field Technicians providing on-site service throughout our service area. Many support providers use an outsourced (often non-US based) Help Desk where your first contact may be a glorified answering service. All our support is provided by STI Employees who are trained to resolve your issues remotely or dispatch one of our own technicians to your site.
